Terms of Service

1. General

These terms apply to the use of bluepower.no and services provided by Blue Power AS, a company registered in Norway.

2. Services

Blue Power AS provides specialised silo cleaning and emptying services. All engagements are carried out in compliance with applicable HSE regulations.

3. Liability

Blue Power AS is liable for damage caused through gross negligence or wilful misconduct during service delivery. Liability is limited to the value of the relevant engagement.

4. Disputes

Disputes shall be attempted resolved amicably. Norwegian law applies, with venue in Norway.
