No-Entry Silo Stability Restoration with BinWhip and BinDrill

Bluepower restores silo stability through controlled, no-entry cleaning using advanced robotic systems from Pneumat. Our dual impact BinWhip and BinDrill solutions restore stable material flow safely, efficiently, and without water flushing or manual entry.

If required, the BinDrill first drills a channel to open a flow path in the silo. Then the dual impact BinWhip robot is lowered from the top. Its rotating arms loosen material from the silo walls, ensuring a complete clean without anyone entering the silo.

This automated process is highly efficient and cost-effective, reducing downtime, improving safety, and eliminating risks associated with confined-space work.

Bluepower provides silo cleaning services across the Nordic region and Europe, delivering reliable solutions for industrial facilities of all sizes.

Advantages of Our Solution

Efficiency – no downtime and work can be carried out without halting production

No deterioration of materials – high-pressure washing and suction vehicles are avoided

Avoid accidents – no one has to enter the silos

Profitable – the equipment can be reused or sold

How It Works

Most people who have worked with silos have experienced blockages, such as plugs forming at the bottom. Traditionally, silo cleaning required manual entry and high-pressure washing, which carries safety risks and can damage materials. Bluepower overcomes these challenges with automated, no-entry solutions.
