Material jammed in the silo cone – how we clear it

The Problem

Material has become wedged in the discharge cone. Increased pressure from above only tightens the blockage.

The Consequence

Discharge has ceased entirely. There is a risk of damaging the cone if incorrect methods are applied.

Traditional Methods

Hammering the cone from the outside, high-pressure jetting from below, or opening inspection hatches.

The Blue Power Solution

We work downwards through the material using the BinDrill, opening channels down to the cone without causing damage.

Who Is This For?

All silos with conical outlets where material has become wedged or jammed.
